1. About CluckRush
CluckRush is a food delivery service operating in select cities across India. We prepare and deliver freshly cooked chicken-based meals directly to your door. We reserve the right to modify our menu, pricing, and service areas at any time.
2. Ordering
- All orders must include a valid delivery address and a reachable mobile number.
- By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability of items.
- Order confirmation is sent via SMS or WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed upon receiving this message.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times (20–35 min standard, ~15 min express) are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
- CluckRush is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for refunds.
- Express delivery carries an additional charge of ₹49.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement by contacting us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
- Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted.
- In case of a wrong, missing, or spoiled item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with a photo. We will offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
- Refunds for eligible claims are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Offers & Promotions
- Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their individual terms and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
- First-order discounts apply to one account per mobile number and address.
- CluckRush reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles various ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and spices. While we use halal and locally sourced chicken, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Please note any allergies in the special instructions field and contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on cluckrush.live — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of CluckRush and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
CluckRush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or consumption of our food beyond the value of the original order. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
